Hi i am planning to get some kind of VPN service in the near future, and i am considering you service.
My main reason for getting a VPN is that i would like to “escape/hide” from the Data Retention Directive that the European Union is enforcing upon their members nations.
Now my question is, do you log / track your customers actions (storing connection data, IPs, URLs etc.) in any way.?
If so, how long are these logs stored? And are they server /nation specific?

The logging gets activated only on certain abusive patterns. This is only logged to track abusers and minimize further damage. We have this covered in the Pre Sales FAQ.
