OK I can't even log into the system.

It was not even obvious what my login name was initially. Then I entered your name and my password. Just hangs. Cannot log into the system.

I am on Comcast customer. Is that the problem?

I may not continue. Too many problems.

Thank you. I will send to support. I have been totally unable to connect. I deleted the VPN connection.
