Hi,

For the past week, I have been unable to access BBC iPlayer from Canada. I typically use the US DNS but I have tried all of them without success. The "Check Status" page shows that UnblockTV is activated and I can access netflix.com without problems.

I configured a packet sniffer on my router to stream to Wireshark and I see:
(1) TCP session successfully connects to the IP address returned by the UnblockTV DNS for www.bbc.co.uk
(2) TLS Client Hello sent from my router for www.bbc.co.uk .
(3) Remote IP address sends TCP RST/ACK then RST.

I've tried Win10, Ubuntu 18.04, Firefox, Edge, Chrome and TLS v1.0, v1.1, v1.2. The browser cache and DNS cache was cleared between attempts. So I'm out of ideas.

Is this a known issue? Any workaround?

Thanks
